if there are no personal billing details, does eBay collect the payment? and is there a procedure to collect the payment?
my dear old feature phone and ATM card at the store. ... if I wanted (is it possible?) to use this option, would I ship after payment has been made or would they pay upon delivering the shipping form? and not least, if I cash out after more days, a week 10 days because of commitments .... does the offer expire? but (in my opinion) does it remain a guarantee for the buyer ?

OP1 year agoactually, used to spending and invoicing to get paid. BUT WE DID IT, WE MANAGED TO DETOX, what a joy to live off the vegetable garden

·1 year agoI’d say no... before selling on eBay (and opening an eBay Store) it wouldn’t be a bad idea to take a look at the rules.
eBay only allows payments handled by eBay itself (which then, after deducting the fees, goes to the seller) and there are also strict rules about shipping and customer waiting times.
I’d say start here and read each section carefully...
