good evening everyone, is it possible that, after selling an item, for example a red rose and needing to change the sales listing to yellow, the listing for the sold item is also changed?

if it is a multiple listing of the same item, it is absolutely possible (it also happened in the past); basically the item in the listing is modified, so if that listing has sold items, those are modified too. If, on the other hand, the multiple listing includes variants, then you can only act on the variants without modifying the listing. In any case, by clicking on the purchase, the buyer will see the cached copy of the item actually purchased. So the problem only arises in the display of sales and more specifically in the title.
This does not happen for listings with a single item.

NO, the item sold remains as you sold it.
If you sold a red rose, that listing will no longer be visible on eBay as an "expired listing".
If you then want to use the option "sell one similar" you can relist it exactly as is or you can go and modify the photos, the text, the color, the description, etc.
It's a very useful option when you have several identical and/or similar items and you don't have to redo the whole auction from scratch.
