I’ve just switched to the new version of eBay messaging.
I recommend trying this UPDATED VERSION because in my opinion it brings INTERESTING NEW FEATURES, especially in terms of usability and the smoothness of long messages where there are lots of questions and answers.
A single message that contains everything (like chat) instead of lots of separate messages where you had to look for the answer you were interested in and it took more time.
The button is still there
So if you don’t like it, you can go back to the previous version.
As for me, I’m keeping this version because I find it definitely better.
For me, POSITIVE feedback, definitely APPROVED.

OP1 year agoThese interfaces are being promoted to the advantage of those who access eBay via the app on their smartphone.
Anyone who uses eBay with a keyboard and mouse can certainly not be happy with these changes.

So I tried it starting from the links in the classic messaging
With the new messaging, basically:
Inbox = new chat-style messaging
Sent = new chat-style messaging together with the inbox
Trash = Deleted
Archive = Deleted
Personal folders = Deleted

OP3 years agoAnyway, I noticed that basically everything "THE EXCESS" has been cut ....
With the old version I used to go to Summary -> Messages --> Sent mail
Now received and sent mail are all in the same chat "room".
What happened to that set of options including Trash and Archive ??
For heaven's sake, chat-style messaging is convenient, but if I accidentally delete a message, where do I go to get it back?
Do I absolutely have to go back to the classic view and head to the trash, or are there other options that I'm currently missing?
