Items not on promotion
Hello, in May I launched a promotion with a discount on the items, the promotion ended and I also waited the 14 days to start it up again. Despite this, the items still do not show up as on promotion because they were recently sold on promotion. The 14 days between the two promos have long passed and I haven't even changed the item prices. Does anyone know why?

if you have items with variants, if you change the quantity or make any other modification, the system will deny you the promotion.
