Item delivered?
good morning, I sold a car radio, I shipped it via a Fermopoint. if I enter the tracking number on the Fermopoint site I see""Package picked up by the recipient." But here on eBay the dot for delivered is not green, it’s white. I wrote to the buyer but they’re not responding. What should I do? I have both the shipping code and the courier. What should I do to update eBay?

·1 year agoIf you open the link I included in my previous reply and scroll to the bottom of the page (right at the end of the page), you will find: "Need further assistance - ask us to call you" (office hours are visible), and an operator will get in touch with you by phone.

Given that the official tracking is what counts
The eBay tracking may not be updated and/or synced.
The tracking may sort itself out tomorrow or may continue to show the white dot.

Usually any tracking that is not updated / not working does not affect the release of payments, which would in any case be suspended for new sellers and/or sellers who are not very active.
