Package delivered but the buyer says they did not receive it
Good evening, I sold an item and shipped it to Prague, I shipped it by creating the label from eBay and I also insured the package for the full amount, I shipped with UPS courier.
As of today the package shows as delivered and picked up by the person, according to UPS, but the buyer says they have not received anything.
How should I proceed?

The only thing the buyer can do is open an eBay dispute for item not received...
If you receive a dispute for item not received, all you need to do is respond to the dispute by writing that the item appears to have been regularly delivered and attach the tracking code and maybe also attach a screenshot of the tracking.
In these cases usually the dispute is resolved in your favor but if that happens I also suggest you report it to eBay support via chat or phone.

ask the courier for proof of delivery and then send it to the buyer... then you'll see what they say...
