Package not picked up and returned to the seller
Hello, about a month ago I sold an item. I shipped it with the eBay shipping service through Poste, but a few days ago the package was returned for failed delivery, and the buyer hasn't contacted me or opened a request.
How should I handle this?

·2 years agoYou’ve been paid, so the item is no longer yours.
You keep it at the buyer’s disposal.
If they ask you for it, you can ship it at their expense, or you can offer them a partial refund.
If, on the other hand, no one asks for it, in 13 months it will be yours again.
