Incoming payment blocked after a sale
Hello, I am a private seller and I don't have many items for sale on eBay, but today after selling an item I received a notification about an update to my eBay account and I am being asked for my tax code. What should I do? Thanks to anyone who can help me understand.

And considering that in just over a month you've already sold goods worth over 500 euros, I'd recommend taking a look at the DAC7 regulations before next year, in addition to eBay, the Italian Revenue Agency is also the one asking you something...

you are a private seller selling new and refurbished items... forbidden for a private individual!
So if they ask you only for your tax code and not also for your VAT number, I’d say you’re already fine.
If you want eBay to unlock your funds, provide what’s requested.
