WHAT SHIPPING SHOULD I ADD TO SELL BOOKS OR LIGHT ITEMS?
Summary: grandeigloo seeks advice on selecting the most cost-effective tracked shipping option for selling lightweight items, like books, usually under 1kg. They mention a confusing price discrepancy in the rates provided by Poste Italiane. daxsisko suggests the discrepancy might arise from a mix-up between different shipping methods and recommends contacting eBay support, experimenting with listings, or relying on community input. They note that using "point-to-point" delivery could be a cheaper alternative.

·1 month ago · EditedThe table on Ebay seems blatantly wrong to me.....
in particular, the price of 2.75 excluding VAT, in my opinion, refers to a shipment "from pickup point to pickup point" and not, as indicated, "delivery to pickup point (from home)";
NOTE: shipments "from pickup point to pickup point" are the cheapest ones (for obvious reasons.......), but just as obviously the seller has to allow them in the listing and, on the other side, the buyer then has to choose delivery to the pickup point........ otherwise, if you opt for another type of shipment (for example home delivery... ) the shipping costs inevitably go up........
