Why aren't my listings always visible?
I’ve called customer support several times but they’ve never helped me over the past 30 days until now. My listings are not always visible. If I refresh my shop page several times, sometimes 2 listings appear, sometimes 128, and sometimes all of them (339). Likewise, in the search bar, if I search for those 2 items that are always visible, I always find them, while the others only show up after refreshing the page several times. Of course, I also tried from accounts outside my own and from private browsing. Unfortunately, this way I lose potential sales, does anyone know why this happens and if there’s a fix?
