Why can't I add an ongoing listing to the shop categories??
We just opened a shop and we published a listing, but when we go to the shop categories there's nothing there... we set the categories in the ad
Can someone give us a hand please?

·2 years agoIf the categories are empty, that is, they don't contain listings, they aren't shown in the store.

·2 years agoYou first need to create the categories in the store... which are not eBay categories:
Manage the Store categories (ebay.it)
then match your items to the categories both on eBay and in your store.
Anyway, with this account you don't have any active listing.
