a buyer in France has opened a return case for item not as described,at the time of shipping the item, a Barbie with working mechanism, tested, after many days he contacts me to tell me that the Barbie doesn't sing, as proof he took photos showing the mechanism without batteries, I had not removed them, I would have to provide the label which is very expensive, eBay shipping doesn't work for abroad, I asked eBay to step in because the buyer told me that he threw away the Barbie box and so he can no longer return to me what I sent him in full.now my fear is that eBay France will side with him, the eBay operator I contacted told me that anyway I should refund him, and to avoid having problems with not shipping abroad, not to ship abroad
