Hello everyone, for the first time in 18 years a buyer is asking me for a return for a "defective item". It would be a collector's graphics card, sold as working (tested and working at my home before selling it). Today, I received the official return request, and a couple of photos showing a bent or broken electronic contact. Some details first: 1 - The buyer has a new account with only 1 feedback.....maybe they're trying to pull a fast one? 2- He contacted me only today, three days after the package was delivered......in these three days he could have caused all kinds of problems....and now he wants to pin it on me and play the victim. I replied to him, and asked him to show me a video of the malfunction, but he insists he wants a refund without showing me the evidence. He says the photos are enough for me. Should I already accept that I'm going to get screwed, since eBay notoriously always sides with the buyer, or do I have some chance? I'm also willing to give him a partial refund, but I wouldn't want to do a full one. If you have any advice, I'm all ears, thanks.
