eBay visibility problem

Hi guys, as the title says I'm having problems with my eBay visibility. For months now I've been trying to put various things up for sale, but nobody seems to even look at them — in fact, 0 people viewing the listing (and I'm talking about stuff that usually gets pretty good visibility like video games, not random junk, and that I post properly with decent covers).
Unfortunately I received the email from eBay: "Emanuele, your selling account is at risk. We have noticed that your seller performance has repeatedly fallen below the minimum standards in international markets" because of a couple of bad sales I had (and due to the long story).
So the point is... do I no longer have visibility because of this situation?
The solution might be simple: sell something and get the deal done, shame that without visibility I can't sell anything anymore!
What can I do, can you help me? Thanks everyone in advance.

·1 year agoI realize that some time has passed, but I’ll reply anyway. To regain visibility, do what no one will ever tell you: get feedback! And lots of it. Buy little items for 1 euro. Even making purchases brings back visibility. And do a good job optimizing your listings. But here you need to have studied. Finally, fix your clickthrough rate, the lower it is the less visible you are.

·1 year agoForget about customer support, they don’t even know what you’re talking about and will keep you stalled. Last thing: when you’re not visible, remove all the sponsors. It drags down the clickthrough.

·1 year agoI saw that you sold PlayStation games for 1 cent with book mail shipping for 1.5 euros, was that to make sure the algorithm gives you visibility? Did I understand that right?
Does no one care anymore about the time someone spends studying the system, understanding it, keeping up with algorithms that change from one day to the next??
I’ve noticed that all of a sudden I stopped selling; for the past few months, only one sale, when before I was making at least 3 or 4 a month.
If eBay has decided that I shouldn’t be visible anymore, so be it, I’ll come to terms with it, I’m a private seller and as a job I do a traditional one where if you spend time doing something you get paid.
If my account for UNKNOWN reasons has become "invisible", so be it.

I have one last question, but in that case would they close only my selling account or my overall eBay account?

·3 years agoHonestly, I don't know if they can block only your seller account; in any case, I think that since so much is left to the algorithms, even if the aforementioned possibility existed, your account would be blocked completely. If someone more experienced has more info, let's wait for other comments. So make sure you don't make mistakes and follow the advice to sell items that are not very prone to possible scams and try to improve your performance.

·3 years agoI'll add, the best thing would be to talk to a support operator and Bay, here you only find users more or less experienced but it's only support that knows internal procedures that we're not allowed to know. Ask them how you can fix the situation before it's too late.

·3 years agoAn explanation has already been given to you, yes probably the algorithm pushes you down in searches and you have few or no views (anyway I read that the view system has changed).
Personally I can't know whether the fault for the failed sales was yours or of dishonest buyers, I don't doubt your word, but given the situation my suggestion is to contact eBay support by phone and point out that you would like to improve your situation, but since I think you won't get much out of it (it depends on who answers you) you could put something up for sale that is less prone to breakage or misunderstandings, I don't know, do 1 auction for a paper collectible item or something else. In short, for the moment forget about video games, which have a probably acquisition audience let's say "more complicated". Your target now must be to improve seller performance and avoid the account being closed.
