Problems with renewing listings

Good morning,

this month I’ve noticed that the platform has problems renewing auction listings when they expire.

Sometimes it even takes more than 24 hours. I contacted customer service, but they weren’t able to give me any answers.

Is this happening to you too by any chance?

Go back and check the selling options to see whether the automatic renewal after expiration option is still there.

If so, relist the auction again and enable the checkbox for automatic renewal upon expiration.

Hi, I'm experiencing the same problem. I'm a private user and the auctions aren't renewing. They expire the first time.

If they don't renew (even if late), it's because you selected not to have automatic relisting.
