Various issues with eBay lately

Hi everyone

I'm a seller and lately I've been having some problems

- from the smartphone app I can't see the product views, while luckily on desktop I can

- then the filters for sold items / shipments from Italy etc. no longer work to monitor sales of the various products online.

Are you having these problems too? Are they temporary?

For me, the filters on the left have only been working like this for days: first tick the box and then click on the corresponding text. If I remember correctly, before it was enough just to tick it.... can you confirm?

I checked, and the filters are not working as usual; in fact, several discussions have been opened.

Your solution is valid and works.

I’ll illustrate it with an example just to make it clear even to those who usually struggle to understand the text they read, where an image can help.

Example: You search for "stamps", then you go to the options where normally you would have to tick the corresponding box, which at the moment no longer works as usual.

In this case, to start the search, in addition to checking the box, you also need to click on the corresponding text for that box; in this specific case, you need to click on "used".

After that, the search works as usual.
