I made 4 purchase offers to people who were watching my items. One of them bought at a price lower than €50 out of 200, and he tells me that the offer was accepted automatically. I checked the other 3 listings and, in fact, eBay had changed my offer prices. I have proof because one of them was a friend of mine and he confirmed it to me

·2 years agoas Sika pointed out ( ..... also I add that you seem to be a new seller and so probably that detail escaped you..... ) you set, I imagine by mistake, an automatic acceptance at a lower price: the advice is to check the listings where you put the purchase offers ( that is, if I'm not mistaken, almost all of them..... ) and fix them.....
.....you can also consider removing the purchase offer.... in my opinion you always have time later to lower the item's value if it doesn't sell

·2 years agoYou can only send offers at prices lower than the original listing price.
So you were the one who accepted the submission based on what you decided, so with a lower percentage or a lower fixed price.
“Automatic acceptance” is different... that’s always you deciding when to automatically accept an offer that a user makes on your listing.
So the offers you send and the ones you can receive are different things.

OP2 years agoThe problem is that in my offer I stated a price and he bought it at a lower price.
I knew that when you make an offer, the price is the one indicated

·2 years agoYou're talking about two different things... your buyer didn't buy the proposal you sent... but independently made an offer on the listing, since you had provided the possibility of accepting them and... these offers... were set up so that once a certain threshold was reached, they would be automatically accepted.
