Purchase protection applied to the buyer.. Can you give me some advice?

I’m a collector (so a private seller) who is selling my own collection of games, bought over the years, for personal reasons.
From one day to the next I saw the prices of all my items go up because of the purchase protection fee that is applied to the buyer. Rather than lowering the price of all the items, I’m thinking of opening an Ebay store.. Do you think it’s worth it?
Do you have any advice?

some considerations:
if you exceed 29 transactions and/or 2000 eur per year in sales, you are mandatorily reported by Ebay to the tax agency for having exceeded the DAC7 thresholds (which then a real follow-up check by the tax agency may or may not happen depends a lot on "how much" and how "often" you sell......), so if you open an Ebay store and then the tax agency goes and, by chance, checks, you have to explain why you opened it...... as a private individual (so as someone who sells occasionally items of their own property they want to get rid of...... and opening an Ebay store "sounds" bad......);
then add that you sell items as new, a private individual theoretically cannot do that (you would then have to give a legal guarantee, which only professionals can do......), and that too would imply some problems......
I'll stop at these simple considerations linked together....... and anyway if you open an Ebay store it asks you for fixed monthly fees.....
