automatic stock replenishment quantities
Summary: The discussion concerns the automatic restocking of warehouse quantities, involving expelia and heavenwelkin. However, the specific details of the conversation are not present.
Hi everyone, I have many listings with variants, and when I need to restock the quantities I have a hard time because in the seller console, if I sort my listings by "available quantity," I only see the total of all the variants, so I don't know which variant actually needs to be restocked. If I want to see the quantity of a single variant I have to click on the link under the title (e.g. 23 variants). Then I see a screen with the product quantities in all the variants, and this system lets me modify the quantities, but:
1) it's very slow
2) to really know what to restock I have to view the variants of all my listings, and so click the link one by one and check whether I need to restock anything.
- Is there a way to simplify restocking?
- Is there a way to restock quantities automatically?
- Is it possible that only through management software can I automatically restock the quantities?

Download the Inventory Report: From the Seller Console, you can export an Excel/CSV file of all your active listings. Unlike the standard screen, the Excel file shows each individual variant on a separate line, associated with its specific SKU.
Use Excel filters: Once you've downloaded the file, just apply a filter to the "Available quantity" column and sort from smallest to largest. In a second, you'll see exactly which variants (e.g. Size M - Black) are at zero or almost out of stock.
Edit and re-upload: You can update the quantities directly in that Excel file and then upload it back into the Seller Console to update everything in one go.

OP2 months agoI tried, I did everything as described but it won’t let me upload it, I don’t know if the problem is with saving, because when I save the file as csv (actually I just click save) Excel tells me that “some features of the workbook may be lost if you save in CSV UTF-8 format (comma delimited)”. Then it asks me if I still want to use this format. I don’t know what to do
