Receive payments with a Superflash card
Good morning,
I made a sale, and since it was my first sale I had no idea how I would receive my payment, I was asked for a bank account that I don't have, I tried entering the details of my Superflash card but it keeps telling me that I need to update my payment method, do I absolutely have to enter a bank account? Which, by the way, I don't have, can I enter someone else's bank account? Thanks

this card, even though it has an IBAN, doesn't seem to be suitable, it doesn't accept incoming foreign transfers or direct debits.
The bank account must absolutely have the same account holder as the eBay account... so if it's in your name, the account must be too.

OP1 year agoSo how can I fix this? Do I have to open a bank account for sure? Don't I have any alternatives?

·1 year agoEven a Postepay Evolution card is enough too (the black one), which has the IBAN and is regularly accepted on eBay.

OP1 year agoUnfortunately, I don't have it, I think the only solution is to cancel the order.

·1 year agoOr you can go to any post office to sign up for it...
Since you're a new seller, the funds won't be available before 15 days, so if you cancel the order now, remember that you'll have to cover the refund out of your own pocket, and the funds will remain in your account until you update it, that is, until you enter a valid IBAN... unfortunately you don't have many choices...
