Product exchange without refund.

Good evening, I received a product in the wrong size compared to what I had ordered. The site gives me the option to return it and get a refund, but the product, at the time of purchase, was on sale and now it isn't anymore. Is there no way to get the correct product at the same price as when I ordered it?

If it was part of a promotion or a dedicated discount, obviously not.
