LOW STORE VISIBILITY YES OR NO STORE?
Hello everyone, I’m a professional seller. I have several products of very high quality and lots of feedback… unfortunately I’m seeing a sharp drop in sales, and I wanted to ask whether you think it would be useful to consider opening a shop to get more visibility?
thanks to anyone who will support me
have a nice day
Claudia

·1 year agoThere are two answers to your question, and they should be weighed according to one’s own possibilities. The first is: if you don’t have tried-and-tested alternatives in another category, it’s better to refrain. If you can branch out into a different genre, yes. But as pointed out above me, it’s not an easy thing. A professional seller tends to monetize quickly, putting everything on their chosen category using criteria that are not common to a private seller. It’s all-in on one horse and that’s it. A private seller doesn’t have the urgency of an economic goal. They start from different selling assumptions, taking into account that they can’t offer brand-new items. On the plus side, though, in many cases they can branch out across different categories because items kept in the family are usually of various kinds. Fairy tale books no longer go? What a shame! I’ll offer my old miniature cars, then. This is in theory, of course. In practice there are many other variables to take into account. Best regards, von.

·1 year agoThe drop in sales is a problem that affects many sellers.
Opening a shop can help increase visibility and boost sales if it’s backed by a strategy, but it’s not the most immediate or the most economical solution.
It’s very difficult to give an answer to this question.
Each seller is a case in itself.
Best regards
