Can an auction always be canceled if it was carried out before the last 12 hours?
I started an auction yesterday, but I think the price is excessively low, so if necessary, I will cancel it in the next few days. Is cancellation always possible if I’m 12 hours before the automatic closing/auction end time?

OP1 year agoIf I cancel right away or just before the last 12 hours, does it change whether I get charged?

·1 year agoExactly, but as per the rules: "You may be charged a fee equivalent to the Final Value Fee you would have paid if the item had been sold to the highest bidder, or you can sell the item to the highest bidder".
The auction you want to close, however, is a so-called "sleeping auction", that is, a particularly attractive auction that will pick up in the last minutes of its validity and therefore potentially reach good final bids.
