I'm a seller and it happened to me that a buyer bought 2 items and paid for 2 shipments. How can I set up a single shipment in case someone buys more than one item from me? Thanks a lot 🌸

Private seller, professional seller, or private professional seller?
For this sale you can contact the buyer and ask if they're okay with a combined single shipment and refund the extra shipping.
Or you don't contact them and make two separate shipments (because they've already paid for them).
Or you make a single shipment but with two parcels.
For future orders you can arrange combined shipping by following this link:

Or you can offer free shipping (highly recommended by eBay), so you won't have to worry about combining shipping anymore.
Anyway, there are various options to consider.
