This is not the first time that eBay has suspended my account because it incorrectly evaluates items I’ve listed for sale; specifically, it always happens because it mistakes replica airsoft parts for firearm parts. They are similar, but they are meant for legally sold toys and have no restrictions at all.

The complaint gets rejected again this time too, the listing returns an error when I try to close it, and I end up with a blocked account and all my other listings invisible.

Why are the appeals, where the toy function of the part is clearly explained, rejected without any chance to speak with a human operator, at least to reactivate sales without having to wait so long?

Do you know if there is an email channel or chat to have a conversation without ending up in the maze of articles, FAQs, and automatic replies that lead nowhere?
