I’m writing because right now, as Ebay sellers, we are being heavily penalized by the shipping costs that Ebay has agreed with Paclink, the shipping provider..
On other platforms they sell with shipping costs with couriers starting from euro 1.69 or 2.29 to pickup points, with Ebay you don’t spend less than euro 4.35..Also the parcel sizes are larger and are calculated by weight and not by size either..so you can also ship larger products..
RIGHT NOW WE ARE BEING PENALIZED, so it would be appropriate for Ebay to adjust to today’s rates.WHY ON EBAY WE ARE WHILE WE ARE LOSING CUSTOMERS..
Let’s make these reasons heard somehow, with posts on the community and by calling the support center.
