Hello, I am a professional seller. I recently moved from below standard level to above standard level. Is it possible that they still remove the below standard seller rate from me, even though I am now above standard?

·1 year agoFrom April 1, 2024, sellers rated Below Standard will be charged an additional 6% on top of the Final Value Fee for sold items. This will recur on a monthly basis until the seller account is rated Above Standard (or higher).
You have to wait until the following month.
If you have spent a full month above standard and in the following month you still pay the surcharge as marioelegio says, you need to contact support.
