Protection in the sale of electronic devices

Good morning, I’d like to sell some Xiaomi Bluetooth earbuds that I no longer use because I’m switching to another model.

The earbuds are in excellent condition; however, how could I protect myself from any false claims of malfunction by the buyer? Thanks

You can't protect yourself in any way.

As a seller, the only thing you can do is include detailed photos and accurately describe the item.

After that, hope that the whole process from shipping to delivery goes smoothly, leaving the buyer satisfied with the purchase.
