A warranty item bought a year ago. The seller isn't responding.
An item under warranty bought a year ago. I wrote to the seller, who isn't responding. I can't take any action because the item isn't selectable in the help section. What should I do?

·8 months agoIf the seller was a professional within the EU, you should find all the details in their listings.
If instead it was a private seller or from outside the EU, all you can do is take your item to the recycling center!
