Use of combined shipping

I set a maximum amount as shipping cost in case of buying multiple listings at the same time, but I’d like to create 2 different amounts for shipping within Italy and abroad—is that possible?

At the moment I’ve put in a general middle ground since I couldn’t find a way to split things up

for example if an Italian buys 5 items I could ship everything for 7€ while if a foreigner does it it would be 12€

Of course it's possible.

You need to go here:

Shipping settings (ebay.it)

and first of all enable "Allow combined payments and shipping" by choosing the option that best fits your needs.

Then you can create tables in "Use shipping rate tables" to differentiate the various shipping costs.

From here I only see the possibility of entering a single amount without being able to split it across the various countries 🤔

That is the first step... now you need to do the second... as already indicated: create tables in "Use shipping rate tables" to differentiate the various shipping costs.
