SELLING IN THE UNITED KINGDOM
I HAVE RECEIVED OFFERS FROM ENGLAND, I AM AN NON-PROFESSIONAL SELLER WITH LOW TURNOVER...WHAT SHOULD I DO, DO I JUST SEND IT OR DO I CANCEL THE SALE....IN THE SHIPPING AUCTION I DIDN'T PUT ANYTHING SPECIFIC, ONLY THAT SALE ABROAD IS POSSIBLE...THANKS PIETRO

·2 years agoYes, but you have to evaluate what you want to do, what suggestions can we on the forum give you?
If you are interested in shipping abroad too, you need to specify the shipping cost for that item and enable international shipping.
If you do not offer the sale outside Italy, a foreign buyer cannot purchase.
If you want to sell this item to this buyer, send them an invoice for purchase with the correct shipping total.
Keep in mind, though, that sales in the United Kingdom are subject to customs checks, so different documentation must be attached.
If you're not familiar with it, I advise you to let it go because in case of missing documentation or mistakes the package could be returned to sender and you would lose the shipping costs incurred.

if you haven't indicated the international shipping cost, the English buyer won't be able to pay, so you should cancel the sale directly and limit purchases to the areas where you want to ship.
