Sale canceled for item not shipped. Possible refund to seller for shipping cost?
Good morning
An item is sold. The buyer paid for shipping. The seller pays eBay shipping and prepares the label. While packing the parcel, the seller discovers that the item is broken, informs the buyer, and asks to cancel the sale with a full refund to the buyer. Can the eBay shipping cost, which did not happen, be refunded by eBay to the seller or replaced by a later shipment, or is it definitively lost?
Thank you

·1 year agoYes. But you need to ask Packlink for the refund.
They’re the ones who sold you the shipment on eBay.
