sale of two items

Good evening, I sold a lobster set and a small frame, the gentleman who took them asked me to make him one single package and I said yes - when he went to make the payment they didn't accept it because they were charging him the shipping for the frame too, which he shouldn't pay because I do one single shipment - I had told him that he only pays for the set and I would not make any comment for the other one, but now he doesn't want to pay that either

Maybe it would have been better to say that you would have tried to send a revised and corrected purchase invoice (if you had managed to) and, if not, you would have refunded the excess shipping cost........

Good afternoon,

unfortunately it’s complicated to manage auctions if they’re won by the same buyer at different times.

In theory, they should have waited until the end of the second auction and asked you for the total through the appropriate link, where you would have adjusted the shipping costs.

You can offer them a refund of the amount they would be paying extra, explaining that you weren’t able to manage combined shipping.
