Sale by auction
Good morning, I put an item up for auction, with a starting price and a minimum price to reach. A buyer purchased the item, with the minimum price! what can I do? Thanks

You didn’t set any "minimum price to be reached" otherwise it wouldn’t have been possible to sell it at the minimum starting price... that’s called a "Reserve Price", it’s a paid selling option.
Now, as already well explained, if you don’t ship there will be consequences.
Have a nice evening.

·9 months agosimple: you set the rules yourself, so it seems logical to ship it.......... you don't? nobody is forcing you, but there is an eBay policy ...... so, to simplify, potential negative feedback from the buyer and potential warning from eBay....

I went to look at your expired listing for the gas detector.
The buyer purchased it for 50 euros, which would be the minimum price you were willing to sell it for.
So now all you have to do is ship the item.
Then, if you want to cancel the sale because you think the price is too low, you can still do that, but there will be negative consequences.
My advice is to ship the item to the buyer.
Best regards.
