Whisky sale
Good evening everyone, they deleted a sales listing of mine for a bottle of whisky, but I saw that there are hundreds of them and with lots of offers. Why? Thanks

These are the rules on alcoholic beverages:
https://www.ebay.it/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/regole-sulle-bevande-alcoliche?id=4274
Listings are removed by computer systems; there are no human operators spending their days checking listings or reading reports.
Probably some competitor selling the same item as you reported you in order to limit the competition.
I advise you not to relist the item because then you risk account blocks or limitations.
Other ads that are online before or after will be removed, it's just a matter of time.
Kind regards.

OP5 months agoBut if I'm a professional seller and I have a VAT number, I can sell them. Huh!

·5 months agoIt’s not a whim of ebay or other online sites. A private individual cannot sell alcohol even at home.
Until last year, a specific license was required, but even today it is still necessary to report the sale or serving of alcohol to the SUAP at the time of startup.
