Sales through purchase offers
Hello everyone, a few days ago I received a purchase offer for one of my items. After a brief negotiation with counteroffers and bids from the buyer, I decided to accept.
Compared to a few days ago, when after accepting, it appeared in the orders awaiting payment, now the item in question does not appear in any list and is not even considered an order by the system... probably due to the new eBay rules in effect since 01/09.
Clicking on the email related to the accepted counteroffer, I am redirected to the item page where, by going into the pending offers, I see the buyer's one awaiting payment.
Without going on too long, the point is this.
Offer accepted 2 days ago, zero communication from the person in question and my intention to cancel the order before they possibly pay at their convenience, since it is not right to block items for 4 days just for fun and without any communication, without giving you the certainty that they actually want to complete the purchase.
Is there a way for me to cancel the offer or prevent the buyer from making the payment?
