SELLER REMOVES NEGATIVE FEEDBACK
Hello,
I noticed a seller on eBay who sells car parts and who has received at least 30 negative feedbacks in a span of 6 months (I have screenshots) and I can’t understand how he manages to get them all removed and still always stay at 100% feedback as if nothing happened....
Do you have an explanation?? There are some feedbacks where the buyer clearly writes that the seller no longer responds to messages and that, to get a refund, they had to contact eBay support...

·2 years agoNo wonder you NOTICED it, this is a COMPETITOR presumably COMPLIANT, unlike the one who started this discussion.
P.s. Thanks technopartsbay for having NOTICED it. 👏👏👏👏👏👏

·2 years agoIt should be noted that our friend, as a "private" seller, practically only has new items for sale and that, while he diligently checks other people's feedback, he is instead very reluctant to leave it, not even when a buyer leaves him one first.
In short, he talks the talk but....

·2 years ago...... no comment...... actually, compliments to the seller who manages to get 30 negatives removed...... evidently the rules, as Mario mentioned, he has read and studied (at least that part) ..... which is no small thing...

·2 years agoThe fact that people go after a seller who may not excel in savoir-faire could lead to writing personal judgments/considerations on the feedback (which have little or nothing to do with the sale) that could inadvertently lead to its removal because they are defamatory.
If the seller does not reply to messages, nothing prevents you from opening a dispute for item not received or not as described.
The fact that you had to open a dispute is not, in my opinion, a sufficient reason to leave negative feedback.
It is not that uncommon for a seller not to be cooperative with the buyer's requests.
And in fact buyer protection is there for exactly this, to get protected when the seller plays dumb.
Then honestly I don't understand why you have been monitoring this seller's feedback profile for 6 months.
Those screenshots you've collected cannot be used publicly in any way.
If you've had personal problems with that seller, I suggest you let it go because in most cases, by opening a dispute and following the procedure correctly, you receive a full refund.
In the event that you left potentially defamatory feedback, it is removed at the seller's request.
In the event that you opened an eBay case and did not bring it to completion, the negative feedback could be removed at the seller's request.
In the event that you opened an eBay case and were refunded, the negative feedback could be removed automatically or at the seller's request.
Given that protection for sellers is practically NONEXISTENT, after the platform forces the seller to issue the return label and following the full refund, EVIDENTLY it has been realized that the conditions for a proper judgment regarding the sale are missing, and at that point it would concern exclusively a personal judgment, since the sale itself ended with SUCCESS with the buyer's FULL refund, who spent NOTHING on return shipping costs.
Kind regards.

·2 years agoThe seller cannot remove any feedback.
It is probably about feedback that violated eBay's rules, and the seller, who clearly knows the rules well, had them removed by eBay customer service.
