I want to delete company data

hi everyone , a problem I can't seem to solve: I canceled my subscription to the ebay store and I'd like to sell only as a private user (since I'm about to close my VAT number) I went into my account settings but it won't let me delete the business details. could you help me ? thank you so much

Hello,

unfortunately, switching to a professional account is not reversible (you cannot switch to a private account), so the only way to remove your business data is to close the account and open another private one...

Unfortunately yes, since the feedback is tied to the account. You could ask support just to confirm, but as far as I know they can’t be transferred.

if you open another private account you would obviously start from 0 feedback, the 370 feedback remain unless you close the old account;

it remains that in any case you won't be able to combine the feedback from the two accounts ( and this is at least obvious, since every account is independent from the other )
