Sales credit
After my account was blocked because it was cloned, I opened another one. Even though I opted for immediate crediting to my checking account, the payments are not being processed. I have 5 items sold for a total of more than €1000 in escrow. What should I think? Is eBay imploding or is it in trouble?

·2 weeks ago · Editedin addition to what Mario indicated, forget about the immediate automatic credit to the checking account since the money, once available in the Ebay balance, you’ll have to move yourself by transferring it from the balance to the linked checking account

OP2 weeks agothanks. Only this morning I found out, after trying and trying to contact e-bay. In the first instructions I received, they only told me to tick the box for the credit to my account and not the deposit. What puzzled me was seeing that the balance didn't match the sales. The credits from the first sales made as far back as 24/9 were missing, and one of them has just been credited. I hope the other one is added too.

OP2 weeks agoThanks. I had to create an account because of the block after my previous account was cloned. E-bay had told me that they would unblock me and sort everything out the next day, which didn’t happen.

·yesterday at 8:41 AMUnfortunately, the rules have changed and new accounts have these problems.
Despite the reassurances given by support (I imagine a bot).
