Invoicing sales in the EU while registered in OSS to avoid double VAT payment | Selling on eBay

Hi everyone!I'm asking for advice about invoicing for eBay sales abroad. Foreign customers buy on ebay.de/es/uk and so on, with their respective VAT, and often, after a few days or more, they only ask for the invoice after the purchase. In other countries it's not a problem to request it even after a few days, but we know that in Italy everything is more complicated.We are enrolled in OSS and when I asked my accountant what to do to avoid paying VAT twice, he told me that since it has already been recorded in OSS, I should issue a credit note and then make the invoice... hmm 😒🤔. On Amazon I don't have these problems because everything is automated, but on eBay I don't understand how to solve it. Here I have to make the invoice manually and I would have issued it without VAT and then refunded the VAT amount on eBay. How do you handle it when an invoice is requested from abroad while being enrolled in OSS? Thanks a lot!
