What happens if I send a package with eBay's new budget shipping, but the package gets lost by the courier or isn't delivered? Are the packages insured?

·3 weeks agoIT DEPENDS ON THE SELLERS, WE APPLY PRIVATE INSURANCE TO FRAGILE ITEMS, WHICH WE PAY EXTRA FOR ON TOP OF SHIPPING

OP3 weeks agoSO DOES IT DEPEND ON THE SELLERS, MEANING THE SELLERS HAVE TO BUY IT SEPARATELY? I KNOW THIS IF THE LABELS ARE PURCHASED FROM PACKLINK OR DIRECTLY ON A COURIER'S WEBSITE.
I ASKED MY QUESTION BECAUSE IN THE NEW EBAY LABEL PURCHASE SCREEN THERE IS NO OPTION REGARDING INCLUDED OR ADDITIONAL INSURANCE.
