Late shipments and disputes
Summary: The discussion concerns delayed shipments and disputes. Although no concrete details were provided in the messages, there seems to be the involvement of several participants, including buynow-online, heavenwelkin, marioelegio, and agmoto, who may be involved in trying to resolve or discuss the problem of delayed shipments.
Good evening, could someone help me?
I have several delivery delays and claims for items not received; tracking has often been stuck on December.
One of these shipments (I used packlink pro, shipped with poste) shows as being returned on Poste Italiane tracking, while on packlink it shows as delivered.
Today, the buyer opens a dispute for item not received; I tried calling Poste italiane and they told me the package is damaged, (which seems very strange to me) and that after just 7 days the package is on its way back, given that the destination never even saw it.
I opened a ticket on packlink, I tried contacting ebay (the chat no longer exists and they call you back in 1 minute, after several attempts, it doesn't work).
What do you recommend I do?
Thanks in advance for your reply

·1 year ago…….. With Packlink, a basic insurance is included, if the parcel doesn’t come back or if it turns out to be damaged by the postal service, https://support-ebay.packlink.com/hc/it/articles/115003421369-I-requisiti-imprescindibili-per-aprire-un-reclamo-per-danno-perdita-o-furto-manomissione

·1 year agoGood evening Mari
It seems that the shipping services offered by Poste Italiane start having problems around the holidays.
Right here on the forum these days we've replied to several posts regarding issues related to Poste Italiane.
Unfortunately, if the shipment is significantly delayed and the estimated delivery times provided by eBay are exceeded, if the buyer opens a claim for item not received, you have to refund.
The SERIOUS problem is that these packages will certainly be delivered, with the result that the item and the money are lost.
Then if, as you wrote, these packages are sent back (but I don't understand why they would do that), even better for you: at least you recover the item, limiting the losses. 👍
The advice I can give you is to contact Packlink to see whether they provide some kind of compensation in cases like these, when the shipment is significantly delayed and you're forced to issue a refund.
Or when, for some reason, delivery doesn't go through and it's not due to an incorrect address or the recipient being absent.
Consider whether it's worth setting up a direct subscription with a courier, or using a courier on Packlink (like BRT) instead of Poste Italiane.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
Best regards.

OP1 year agoGood morning, one of these shipments on the post office website shows that it is being returned, on Packlink it says it was delivered.
I don't know what else to do-((
Why isn't eBay answering?
Or rather, when I click on help and contacts, it says to me: we'll call you back in 1 minute, then it doesn't?
Thanks again.
Have a good rest of your day

·1 year agoYou don't need to ask eBay, it has nothing to do with them.
You bought the shipments from Packlink, you need to ask them .... https://support-ebay.packlink.com/hc/it
I had also given you the link to file the claim.
bye

·1 year agoThey can’t ask Poste... because they bought the shipment on Packlink, which is an intermediary, so they have to ask Packlink.
