Premetto che prima d'ora non ho mai avuto bisogno di restituire un oggetto al venditore. Dopo aver chiesto una soluzione il venditore mi ha risposto:</P><P><SPAN>"Hi,</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>I'm very sorry to hear that the case didn’t fit properly and apologies for the inconvenience caused.</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>We’ve sold many of these protectors and not had any problems with this in the past. This glass has an anti glare coating and is not visible.</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>If this item is not suitable and is unused please return the item back to us.</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>We can provide you free return label."</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>&nbsp;</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Non capendo cosa intenda per "free return label", ho chiesto ulteriori informazioni, ricevendo questa risposta:<BR /></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><BR />"Hi,<BR /><SPAN>If you like to return we will send you free return label which you put on packet to return so you don't need to pay for return postage when we receive the item back we will issue you refund."</SPAN></SPAN></P><P>&nbsp;</P><P><SPAN><SPAN>Di cosa si tratta?
