The buyer made a false statement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He stated that the object does not conform to the description but it is not true.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The item # 323955098646 was offered for sale as spare parts or repair watch as can be clearly seen from the title and description.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This item remained in the online auction for 7 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Following the end of the auction, the buyer continued to ask me informatios and requests of additional photos that I promptly sent despite the auction was already closed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As can be seen from my correspondence on Ebay, after receiving the payment, seeing it apparently doubtful, I also offered him the return of the money he did not accept (see the attached image).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Consequently, I promptly sent the item using DHL, that they have perfectly packed and placed the seals on the box..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The buyer informed me that when the package was opened the winding crown would be unscrewed. He claims that it would be broken during transport. Keep in mind that the crown is screw-in and therefore practically impossible to break unless manually forced.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I asked him if he had any material to give me in order to open a dispute with DHL but I did not receive it. Although the object was at auction as for parts or repairs, I offered to pay him the intervention of the watchmaker. For personal experiences it can be easily restored (if no further damage has been caused).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He seemed to have willingly accepted the offer. I probably displaced him.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The next day he asks me to return the item because there was a problem in his opinion defective or not working (remember I sold it as parts).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In my opinion, for what is written above, the seller has searched for a ploy by tampering with the item and declaring that an item does not conform to the description to return it, even requiring complete compensation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please let me have the evidence of the damaged package. Surely,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;given your preparation and professionalism, you have already requested it in order to make a decision.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Salve,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ma è possibile che ho venduto un oggetto , questo mi viene pagato con paypal, lo spedisco con pacco celere internazionale di Poste Italiane (spedizione tracciabile garantita in 5 giorni lavorativi in tutto il mondo), la spedizione va smarrita, e dopo la contestazione aperta dall’utente su ebay, mi vedo dar torto per la mia negligenza dopo aver dato tutta la mia disponibilità a risolvere il problema, ho anche fornito tutti i codici e la copia del cedolino per dimostrare che il pacco è partito.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Non ho capito ancora dove ho sbagliato l’utente non ha applicato l’assicurazione sul pacco.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Oltre l’oggetto mi vedo richiedere anche i soldi ed avere un blocco temporaneo sul conto Paypal….&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;E la cosa più bella è che vi sento rispondere da Ebay da far causa al corriere….&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ma cosa pago a fare a Ebay le: inserzioni, le commissioni di vendita e a Paypal le commissioni su transazione?       <description>Sei essenzialmente un acquirente, non dovresti avere difficolta' ad immedesimarti nei panni del tuo cliente.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Come ti sentiresti se non ricevessi quanto acquistato e pagato?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Non proveresti anche tu, in tutte le maniere previste da ebay, e magari oltre, di riavere indietro i tuoi soldi?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Infatti io non c'è lo con l'acquirente, anzi lo capisco perfettamente, giustamente lui non si vede arrivare l'oggetto acquistato...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Non riesco a capire cosa paghiamo a fare tutte queste commissioni se n siamo cautelati in alcuna maniera.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Poi è inutile a quel punto assicurare il pacco... tanto l'acquirente è sempre cautelato.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ho contattato le Poste mi rimborsano euro 26.87 su una trsansazione di euro 189.70.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Che amarezza.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Visto il valore delle tue vendite l'assicurazione, o almeno la tracciatura. ci sta bene.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Il problema in ebay non sono le vendite su quelle cifre li', ma quelle su cifre modeste dove la spedizione, spesso imposta dal venditore, ha un costo superiore al valore dell'oggetto, il tutto perche' c'e' la mentalita' della tracciabilita' a tutti i costi, e allora ci si viene a lamentare della concorrenza dei venditori esteri che accettano la prioritaria e i suoi rischi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;La chiamano concorrenza sleale, in realta' e' tutta una questione di mentalita'&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ciao, c'è da valutare una cosa molto importante, con le raccomandate (anche internazionali) in teoria è vietato spedire merce diversa da documenti, quindi credo che dovrai dimostrare che erano documenti di quel valore. Di solito se si tratta di un prodotto di un certo costo è meglio spedirlo con spedizioni che permettono di scrivere il contenuto, e che permettono il trasporto di merce varia.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Un giorno ho chiamato eBay e mi sono veramente arrabbiato gliene ho detto di tutto e di più perché ho venduto un oggetto tutto perfetto spedizione assicurata ho pagato 53 euro per un frigo usato il bello viene adesso ho creato l'inserzione oggetto nuovo/altro vedi i dettagli,selezionato nella voce perché il frigo è stato usato pochissimo e specificato nellinsezione nella seguente voce che diceva restituzione si/no io ho messo no, il frigo conforme alla descrizione garanzia 2 anni, un paio di sere dopo ricevo un messaggio una controversia aperta la quale mi diceva che l'acquirente vorrebbe restituire l'oggetto in cambio di un rimborso ahahahah e da la mi sono proprio imbestialito ma che cazzo la mette a fare la voce eBay restituzione o no? Se alla fine danno ragione a questi furbetti **bleep**i? L'acquirente ha affermato il falso dicendo che l'oggetto non era conforme alla descrizione cose dell'altro mondo io ho chiamato eBay da onesta persona e glielo cantate(voi rovinate la povera gente che si guadagna il pane dove è la protezione venditore? Ma secondo voi uo posso accettare tutte queste schifezze? Dopo quasi una settimana che il frigo era stato consegnato ora secondo voi me lo riprendo? Con il rischio anche che è stato manomesso rotto o caduto e dopo che ho pagato una spedizione assicurata? Ed è anche in garanzia?nooo non se ne parla proprio non esiste che io accetto questo è un insulto ho specificato che la restituzione non è accettata non rimborso un cazzo e non accetto la restituzione il frigo è in garanzia se ha problemi si rivolga al tecnico che non deve pagare nulla qua non siamo in un supermercato che compri un etto di prosciutto e poi lo porti per farti dare i soldi perché non ti piaceva) ladri tutti quanti si meritano di essere denunciati persino PayPal</description>
