Falsa mail?

Salve a tutti.

Sto portando a termine una trattiva con in cliente residente in Inghilterra. Ho venduto il mio oggetto per 300€ (nella sezione delle vendite compare infatti "Pagamenti non ricevuti 300€). Mi arriva poi una mail da questo indirrizo che non so se ritenere affidabile "ebayalerts@mail2customs.com" con il seguente testo: Thanks for selling on eBay. To help you keep your money, we're sending you this order update for you to get the item sent and get back to us with the shipping tracking number so your money can show up in your PayPal account. This is to reduce the high rate of fraudulent and for the safety of both buyer and seller".

once the shipment as been done send us the shipping Tracking number by clicking reply on this mail so the money can show up in your Paypal account postage address confirm by the buyer

In teoria il cliente avrebbe pagato ma nella sezione vendite i pagamenti ricevuti rimangono a 0€. Devo contrassegnare come "pagamento effettuato"?
