Hi, in December I bought an engine protection for my car. It didn't fit and I applied for a refund. The seller sent me a thousand messages that the collection of the package was not successful and I lost the money. But he he never sent the courier. There is no record of any request from him. What can I do? It is not possible that I cannot contact ebay and make a complaint and they remain with our money in their pocket

purtroppo non hai gestito correttamente la richiesta di reso.

Dopo TRE giorni dall'apertura della richiesta senza alcun riscontro del venditore, avresti dovuto chiedere l'intervento ad ebay.

Se ora la procedura è chiusa, prova a riaprirla su Paypal se hai pagato con quella modalità oppure fatti aiutare dalla tua banca per un chargeback sulla tua carta.

Mi dispiace doverti dire che le procedure su ebay ci sarebbero state, sei tu che non le hai seguite.

Ormai per ebay è tardi, forse puoi fare qualcosa sul sito di paypal. Leggi attentamente come funzionano le loro procedure, prima di perdere anche questa opportunità.
