I bought an item, they withdrew the amount, but they informed me that it is not available and instead they entered it as shipped without immediately returning what they withdrew. How long do I have to wait to get a refund? I cannot open a dispute before the presumed delivery date, which will never happen

Puoi aprire una richiesta di rimborso dopo la scadenza del termine previsto per la consegna (che era indicato nell'inserzione). La consegna è solo presunta.....
