i buy a screenn phone from customer on ebay when i tried it i found that it did not work when i pressed the recharge button she told me that i would be the one who would pay for the shipping why ? the screen not working why do i have to pay for shipping ?

Se hai aperto la procedura corretta di reso per oggetto non conforme, le spese di reso sono a carico del venditore.
