I had a very bad experience with a seller, who changed the terms, refused to cancel the transaction, threatened me many times. Eventually , ebay, after reaching the seller three times got my money back. I posted negative, but appropriate and fair feedback. After some weeks it was deleted. Not only my feedback was deleted but also other negative, making this seller a non negative feedback one, which is not true. How can I get this sorted. Spoke to ebay and they said they told me they cannot say anything.
