Nemmeno io, non saprei proprio se oltre alla dogana italiana c'è anche una dogana in uscita dagli Usa. Comunque, i due mesi mi sembrano eccessivi. Io un paio di anni fa per un pacco non arrivato, avevo chiesto al fornitore, dopo ca una ventina di giorni, di fare una inquiry presso usps,cosa che ha fatto subito, è poi trascorso un mese e mezzo senza notizie,dopodichè il fornitore ha ricevuto un modulo da usps per aprire il reclamo vero e proprio e ottenere quel misero rimborso che ti dicevo. Proprio il giorno in cui doveva rispedire il modulo, il pacco è arrivato. Penso che quel mese e mezzo sia servito a usps per interpellare poste e non ricevere risposta, come usano fare le nostre poste. Però quel movimento potrebbe (e dico potrebbe) essere servito per smuovere un po' le acque, visto che poi il pacco è riapparso, quindi ritengo che la inquiry sia uno strumento utile. Ora mi chiedo se il tuo fornitore abbia fatto una inquiry ufficiale o dove abbia preso le informaziomni che ti ha dato. To report the loss, damage, or missing contents of an article sent to a foreign country, call our International Inquiry Center at 800-222-1811. You’ll need to provide relevant information, including but not limited to the item number appearing on the barcode; names, addresses, and telephone numbers of the mailer and addressee; and the date of mailing. The International Inquiry Center will correspond with the post in the foreign country. If we determine that a claim for the item should be initiated, we’ll provide you with a claim packet, which includes instructions on how to complete and submit the claim. Before initiating an inquiry on an item mailed to a foreign country, allow sufficient time for delivery of the mailpiece in that country.
